Welcome to Rochester Endodontics

Thank you for your interest in Rochester Endodontics a dental practice dedicated exclusively to endodontic care.

We have been providing quality endodontic care since the 1960's.  Our longevity is due to the dedication and excellent care we provide to our patients.

Rochester Endodontics was established by Dr. Paul Gavin who practiced until December of 1979. Dr. Leon Ernster purchased the practice in January of 1980 and moved it to the Ironwood Square Building in 1983.  In 2003, Dr. Gerald Gray returned to Rochester from his endodontic practice in Seattle, WA, and bought Rochester Endodontics from Dr. Ernster.  The practice was then moved to its current location on Elton Hills Lane NW in 2005.  Dr. Gray continues to provide outstanding care to our patients.

At Rochester Endodontics, our priority is to deliver quality care to informed patients in a comfortable and convenient setting.

Our expert team, led by endodontic specialist Dr. Gerald Gray includes an experienced endodontic staff. We provide the highest standard of professional care in a friendly, comfortable environment.

Endodontists specialize in root canal therapy, removing any damaged or inflamed tissue that is inside the soft portion of the tooth, called the pulp. Pulp damage can result from cavities, cracks, improperly healed root canals, periodontal disease, and trauma.

Using the latest dental techniques to keep you comfortable, our endodontists perform routine as well as complex surgery associated with the root of the tooth.

In addition to dental school, endodontists complete a minimum of two years of specialized dental training, ensuring that you receive state-of-the-art care.

Quality Care
When you have root canal problems, you need to turn to an endodontist who listens and responds ... an experienced doctor who knows the field and can effectively diagnose and treat your needs ... a friendly physician who counsels you on the best ways to maintain and improve your health. Our staff meet all these criteria. Plus, you benefit from a dedicated team of trained professionals who give you the individualized attention you deserve.
